What isn’t included?
Your flights and dinner on October 1st! Other than that, it’s an all-inclusive.
Can I share a room with a friend?
Maybe! We have a few rooms that have double beds. Let us know about this in your registration form and we’ll try to make it work.
Will there be free time?
Yes! We have a few hours every day where you can wander, rest, or shop at your own pace.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
10% of your payment is non-refundable. If we are able to find a new person to fill your spot, we will refund you 90% of the fee. If not, we will only be able to refund you 50% of the fee. No refund is possible within 30 days of the trip.
